Terms and Conditions
Last updated: August 7, 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of pbanchors.com (the “Site”) and the services provided by Premier Building Anchors (“PBA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Our Services
Premier Building Anchors provides fall-protection anchor services for commercial and residential properties in Philadelphia, PA and the surrounding region, including engineering and design, anchor installation and repair, load testing, annual inspections, 10-year recertifications, compliance consulting, and turn-key trade coordination. The specific scope of any project is defined in your written proposal.
Proposals and Quoting
We aim to provide quotes within 24 hours of a site evaluation or receipt of project information. A written proposal describes the agreed scope, pricing, and terms for your project; work outside the written scope may require a revised proposal.
Inspections, Testing, and Certification
Inspection, load testing, and certification work is performed by or under the direction of qualified persons using calibrated equipment and scientifically valid criteria appropriate to the anchor type, substrate, and intended use. Written reports and certification letters document the work performed, the results, and any anchors removed from service. Certification of an anchorage reflects its condition and performance as of the date of the work; it does not guarantee future performance, particularly where roof work, structural modification, overloading, or damage occurs after certification.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide safe and reasonable access to roof areas and anchor locations at the scheduled time
- Disclose known roof work, renovations, structural changes, or incidents affecting anchorages since the last inspection or certification
- Maintain records we provide (inspection reports, certification letters, anchor maps) as part of your compliance file
- Remove from service any anchor we identify as failed, damaged, or unverified until corrective action is complete
Regulatory Compliance
Building owners have independent obligations under OSHA regulations, including 29 CFR 1910.27 and related standards, such as providing written assurance before rope descent system use. Our services and published content help support your compliance program, but they are not legal advice, and responsibility for regulatory compliance remains with the building owner or employer.
Payment Terms
Pricing is set out in your written proposal. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, billing is issued in accordance with the agreed proposal terms. Additional work identified in the field is quoted and approved before it is performed.
Insurance and Liability
Premier Building Anchors carries liability insurance and workers’ compensation coverage; certificates of insurance are available upon request. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of services is limited to the amount paid for the services giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. All content on the Site, including text, images, guides, and downloadable resources, belongs to Premier Building Anchors or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission, except for downloadable resources we expressly provide for your use. The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
